Pay
These commissions are higher than average for illinois. 3-5 per day is average but 7-10 is very possible for experienced energy reps. paperless sale, short TPV, NO credit check or usage minimums, and freedom to work wherever.
Qualifications
Must have Cell phone, transportation, and ability to get yourself to work everyday. Must have at least 1 year D2D sales experience( not UA conversion only "salesmen" either) Must be clean cut and professional in appearance.
Other Requirements
There is a drug screening and laxed background check.
Job Description
I'm looking for either cable reps who want to make the energy transition or energy reps looking for the freshest turf. If you're a team leader with a crew of at least 4 including yourself, YES you will have an override. I need grown-ups who can make their own way, so NO motel room waiting for you. I will personally make sure that reps have plenty of unshared territory so no overlapping with other reps. Tell me where you want to work in illinois and go do it. Simple. If you're an experienced rep who wants to build a team in small town illinois, but you don't want to go to meetings or answer to some guy at a fast food joint every night to earn the right.
That's fine by me. I'll recruit them, you train them. you get an override.
