Job Description
Quality Installations a quickly growing multi state DIRECTV contractor is looking to add new Technicians to the team. We are currently looking for techs in Indianapolis, IN DMA which covers a big area. We can get work in any part of the Indy DMA and the work will be in the area you are from. Some of the busier areas are Bloomington IN, Bedford IN, Columbus IN, Zionsville IN, Fishers IN, Carmel IN, and pretty much everything in between, especially if you live inside 465 in Indy. For those of you who may have been out of this business for a while, we are now routed by a computer and not a Supervisor which changes things a bit, work load is much more consistent and in my opinion we get more installs compared to upgrades. Local Management has changed, Multiband is welcoming and supporting contractors which is making this a much different working environment.
We are offering 80/15 for Installs & 35/15 for Upgrades, for experienced Technicians. We are offering 70/15 for installs & 30/15 for upgrades to techs that need training.
Equipment is picked up once a week, we are not running all over to get the equipment for the day and you don’t have to meet at the warehouse to get equipment each day which saves you gas money.
Our goal is to maximize the money you make while decreasing your waiting and nonproductive time throughout the day, this gives you more time to work and less time wasting time.
Tech’s are routed at least 3 jobs per work day most of which being installs.
We’re looking for detail oriented, money motivated individuals to join our team.
Requirements:
1. You will need your own truck, van, or suv along with the tools needed to complete the work.
2. Jones NCTI Certification, which can be provided.
3. No Felonies, Assault, Battery, or Domestic charges.
4. Pass a Drug test.
We are very interested in good technicians, we know that without good technicians our company is not going to succeed, that being said we will go the extra mile to make sure our techs get paid correctly as well as do anything we can to make our techs work day better.
