Pay
Aggressive pay - directional boring prices are paid out much higher than a typical plow drop. Well above the industry normal. Compensation is based off production on a per drop basis.
Qualifications
Must have your own crew/team with 5+ years experience boring residential telecommunication drops.

Whether you own your underground equipment or if you have experience and are qualified to operate our machinery (Vermeer 7x11), please contact us for additional information. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Job Description
Bury telecommunication service lines using various drop plows and direction boring drills.
May be required to bury drops by hand in certain circumstances.
Read and understand existing underground facility locates
Identify unmarked private utilities
Routine maintenance of drop machines
Ensure that company vehicle is well stocked with the necessary materials and the proper tools, and that it is properly maintained
Restore job site to the original condition
Avoid cutting sprinklers lines
Ensure compliance as well as local and state specifications.
Uses various tools and equipment proficiently. These include, but are not limited to: screwdrivers, pliers, shovels, ladders and more.
Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement of the proposed burial route
Performs physical requirements; lifting and carrying up to 80 pounds, digging, crawling, stooping and standing.
Works outside during the months identified based on weather conditions. Works in various weather conditions, which may be extreme hot or cold conditions.
May drive for long periods of time.
Demonstrate and educate customer on service provided
Perform other duties as assigned.
