70/15 $500 sign on bonus for techs with SBCA, Networking and Jones Certifications
Qualifications
Experienced techs needed but will train the right candidate.Techs must have SBCA, Networking 101 and Jones certifications. We will train and help secure these certifications for new techs.
Other Requirements
Must have all tools needed to complete your work, this includes but is not limited to, proper meter, birdog, aim or sat buddy, ladders, drills, and smart phone with internet. Must have late model truck, suv or van.

*Contacting customers and dispatch with etas and updating etas
*Put yourself "En Route & On-Site and close jobs real time
*Preparing satellite dish system installations by reviewing installation orders; gathering equipment, supplies
*Planning installations by evaluating location; locating access; laying-out equipment and wiring plan.
*Verifying system functioning by testing equipment and connections, identifying and correcting problems.
*Maintaining records by documenting installation, service, and repairs.
*Maintaining and improving service by listening to customer's description of problems; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing problems; replacing and upgrading components.
*Maintaining customer rapport by resolving concerns and answering questions.
*Maintaining safe work environment by following safe practices.
