Start date is April 15th. But you must show up Wednesday morning to take a two day class to be certified to hang boxes on residential houses. If you do not show up for the class then you will not start working on the 15th.
Pay
Pay will be based upon footage put into the ground. You will be 21 days out on pay and then recieve a check weekly. It will be discussed upon you contacting us.
Qualifications
We are burying a 1/2" od conduit 6" in the ground from the fiber box to the house. Every house that has service will be redone with conduit. You must know how to bore driveways and sidewalks. So once you unload your machine, you might not have to load it back on the trailer until the end of the day. We are pushing to get a 100 drops done a day. You must have your own machine and truck. Make sure you have cones and a decent truck. Also I need a copy of your insurance.
Job Description
Burying a 1/2" od conduit 6" deep. If you fail to bury it the proper depth then you have 24 hours to correct it or be back charged the whole job. The money will be given to another crew to correct your laziness. Also you damage something then you will have one hour to make customer contact to resolve how to repair it or you will have to pay for the damage out of your check. Work will be given out each morning and the work will be collected from the previous day with a daily sheet filled out and turned in. A special two day class will be taught to you before you can enter in the field. Its to certify you to hang a box on the house. Any other details will be given upon the start of work. I believe you can put away about $4000 a week if you work six days a week.
