Professional individual with a minimum of 2 years DirecTV experience necessary. Ability to lead team and maintain relationships with Clients, Techs and Employer. Good overall management and computer skills required.
Other Requirements
Proper tools to do DirecTV work, including Birdog or AIM meter, plus suitable vehicle.
Job Description
Supervise and build Tech Crew. Ensure Techs meet client specifications. Order, pick up and distribute equipment, track inventory. Equipment delivery sometimes necessary. Send New Hire paperwork, including applications, contracts, and Background Checks/Drug Screening authorizations to HR Dept. Some Tech work: Installs, Upgrades, and Movers. Track and oversee Subcontractor invoices, etc. as they are submitted to Accounts Payable Dept--with strict deadlines. Various management Tasks/Projects.
