3 years field experience in an MDU/field telecommunications environment.
Understand building construction.
Computer literate in all listed applications.
•excel, word, Adobe & Outlook
•acad/ Visio [helpful but not necessary]
Must have neat penmanship & attention to DETAIL.

Job Description
Participate in site survey walkouts of Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU) and Multi Tenant Units (Business) . Using cable engineering guidelines, policy directives & planning documents. Provide hand drawn high level and detail level schematics, fiber cable routing and required information to engineering group for drafting and design of final product.
During physical field visits, individual must be able to identify/recognize/propose using economically cost effective methods for pathway installation of fiber cable/molding/microduct/EMT/conduit from equipment locations to termination point [in unit].
Will work closely with customer, builders/developers, Property Managers, private owners and engineering team. May be required to go to design approval meetings
Track & monitor multiple projects
May be required to spend the day in outdoor activities [weather], construction sites, attics & crawlspaces. Part or all of the day may be spent in an office environment.
For the right person may be willing to train top notch Cable TV installer, construction craftsperson, collage graduate with engineering/architectural/ Project Management background.
