Pay
WE PAY EVERY FRIDAY! Installs $80/$15 and $45 per TC's plus $5 for connecting IP (Internet) for the customer. Also a Tech Bonus for good performing techs that can give you up to $10 for every job you completed that pay period for meeting Goals
Qualifications
Must have great customer service skills,previous installation knowledge is preferable but not required. Must want to come to work on a regular basis, work hard and enjoy your 1 or 2 days off. we are not looking for techs who have a tons of problems and call out all the time. we have a ton of work, because our percentages with Dish are top notch.... so we need techs who are willing to work and make a ton of money. If you want the work, we have it!
Other Requirements
Must have all necessary tools, ladders, and a reliable WHITE van or truck. We have an assistance program for the Super Sat Buddy meter. Cell phone, email address, and 7" tablet are also a requirement.

INSTALLATION AND TROUBLE SHOOTING OF DISH NETWORK SATELLITE SYSTEMS
* Treats Customers with respect by communicating Time of Arrival
* Uses problem-solving and technical skills to install satellite dishes and related equipment
* Evaluates job site to assess optimal placement of satellite dish and communicates with customers to review the installation process
* Troubleshoots systems to determine the appropriate resolution for reported problems with usage
* Provides customer education regarding system usage
* Manages the administrative processes including van inventory and appropriate documentation
* Ensures that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction
* Adheres to safety guidelines and requirements
