• Highly motivated individual, with proven record of high productivity.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Past sprinkler installation or landscaping experience a plus.
• Minimum of two years experience with construction, excavation, and equipment operation.
• A Class-A CDL with Air Brakes classification.
• Must have 2 years or more operating experience for directional bore units.
• Ability to accurately measure distances, using tapes or other measuring device.
Other Requirements
With experience in bucket trucks a plus, working on pole crew experience preferred in the telecom trade.
• Must have a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.

Directional Drill Operator

Responsibilities:
• Operates drilling equipment in the vicinity of existing utilities.
• May be required to operate various pieces of equipment.
• Working in manhole systems, verifying and proofing existing conduit systems.
• Rodding and roping conduit systems.
• Trenching in streets and landscape areas with excavating equipment.
• Towing various trailers.
• Provides support for crews during all phases of construction activity.
