Must be an Experience Triple Play Tech. No Exceptions. Please do not appy if you are not a experience tech in all phases of the installation and service work of cable, telephone and internet.

Job Description
Perform installations, upgrades and repairs of residential cable product and services.
Responsible for proper installation and removal of aerial and underground drops, coax outlets, and CPE.
Must be able to maintain strong performance metrics on service on install, repeat on service, on time guarantees, whole house check, customer surveys, quality and other performance metrics.
Manage, track and organize client equipment (CPE) and small parts.
Must be able to account for the usage of all equipment.
Carry out all work performed in the safest possible manner; following all OHSA and industry safety guidelines and requirements.
Must have a Clean Pick-up Truck or Van Preferr White in Color.
