GENERAL SUMMARY
G4S Technology has an open position of General Manager. This position is responsible for the management, direction, and oversight of a G4S Region which is focused on G4S’s telecommunications integration and security systems integration business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Overall management of a G4S Regional office including personnel, bidding process, planning and execution of work.
• Manage Regional financials as a stand-alone profit and loss center. Manage and approve cash flows, strategic and monthly financial reporting and forecasts.
• Management of satellite offices within the Region
• Lead, coordinate, monitor and control staff to include administrative, project management, and technical work force.
• Lead the Regional staff in establishing and tracking strategic and tactical goals, budgets and plans. Make adjustments as necessary based on results.
• Interface with customer regularly to manage projects and promote G4S
• Effectively work with other G4S Regional offices and corporate office/functions.
• Operate within, support, and enforce G4S corporate policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
