Starts
A Training Period based on experience will begin immediately following Background Check and Drug Screening. Applicants needing notice will be given needed time to leave current employment.
Pay
Short Training Period pays Hourly at a Guaranteed minimum 40 hours. Once the tech leaves training, Salary is paid per job on a piece-rate commission. Average Applicants make 400-700 weekly after leaving training. Experienced techs can make much more.
Qualifications
No Experience Necessary. All Training Completed In-House. Training is Certified. All techs must install out of their own vehicles capable of mounting a ladder rack. All applicants must have current vehicle insurance and a clean MVR as well as pass a background check and Drug Screen.
Other Requirements
Tools are provided through the company with exeption of Work Boots, Hammer Drill, and Step-ladder. Meters, safety gear and other tools aree Provided.

JOB TITLE: Cable Installer/Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform a variety of duties including installation and service of cable television, internet, and phone in customer’s homes, apartments, and commercial business properties. We survey, install, upgrade, and troubleshoot all manners of cable services. All training is completed in-house and lasts 3-5 weeks on average. No Experience Necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Driver’s license for the state of Tennessee
• Have own truck, SUV, or van capable of mounting a ladder rack.
• Current vehicle registration and proof on insurance
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds
• Able to climb ladders up to 32ft.
• Dexterity skills: digging, crawling, stooping and standing
• Available to work up to 6 days a week
• Basic math and computer skills
• Basic knowledge of hand tool operation
• Work indoors and outdoors throughout the year
• Pass background check
• Pass a drug screening
• Clean driving record
Pay Information:
Cable installers are paid on a piece-rate commission; and they can expect to work between 3-6 days a week and make $400-$1000 a week on average.
