Must have experience installing DirecTv.
Other Requirements
Must pass the DirecTV background check Provide proof of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance
Must have dependable truck or van professional and clean in appearance
Must have all required tools, including meter SAT Buddy or Birgdog and a 28 ft ladder
Must have working computer/printer/scanner and internet service.

*Contacting customers on a daily schedule.

*Preparing satellite dish system installations by reviewing installation orders; gathering equipment, supplies
*Planning installations by evaluating location; locating access; laying-out equipment and wiring plan.
*Established satellite dish system by installing equipment; running and pulling TV cable; programming and calibrating equipment; adhering to codes, regulations, and standards.
*Verifying system functioning by testing equipment and connections, identifying and correcting problems.
*Maintaining records by documenting installation, service, and repairs.
*Maintaining and improving service by listening to customer's description of problems; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing problems; replacing and upgrading components.
*Maintaining customer rapport by resolving concerns and answering questions.
*Maintaining safe work environment by following safe practices.
