Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year performing security & alarm installation and service. Will consider candidates who have completed a technical school program, received certification in security/surveillance, have experience as an electrician’s helper or equivalent , 3+ years of construction experience or 1+ years installation/service experience installing TV/Phone/Internet. • Licensed per state and local requirements for Home Security and Fire Alarm (as required)FASA-BASA Education

• Must successfully pass criminal background check and pre-employment motor vehicle and drug screen; valid state driver’s license
• Able to perform installation of concealed devices and wiring
• Working knowledge of equipment application, compatibility, mounting techniques, and testing
• Able to read diagrams and blueprints
• Basic understanding of local and national codes
• Computer literate; strong networking experience preferred
• Experience selling equipment and service upgrades
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to remain focused and effectively multi-task within a fast-paced & dynamic environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and conduct diagnostics to successfully problem solve under pressure
• Motivated team player with positive attitude and desire to learn and deliver high-quality work
• Strong customer service skills and genuine desire to interact with customers; professional appearance
