Qualifications
We need several types of techs. All must be 100% committed to quality detailed work on every job. Must present professional image and "can do" attitude. Some work is for a Fiber To The Home (FTTH) MSO so drops are hung and spliced separately from the triple play install at this time.We need techs who are properly equipped, trained and capable of hanging and splicing drops. We also need properly trained techs to do triple play installs and also need MDU post wire techs. If u qualify--do all!
Other Requirements
You must email pics of your vehicle and demonstrate you are properly equipped, trained and capable of performing the job tasks. Must be properly trained on safety standards for work around high and low voltage plant and equipment AND be equipped with all safety equipment required to perform the work. Of course you will need all the proper hand and power tools,cell phone, computer with air card, etc Priority will be given to properly equipped and trained fiber splicers for the FTTH MSO work.
Job Description
We currently need additional techs to cover full time AND part time AND ON CALL routes doing triple play installs, hanging and splicing fiber drops and some MDU post wire/retrofit projects in Lebanon, Franklin, Greencastle, New Castle, Connersville, Vincennes as well as other locations in the state of Indiana. If you only want to work 2-3 days weekly let us know up front!!! If you prefer to be ON CALL and just fill in as needed-LET US KNOW--we'll work WITH YOU!!!
In the coming months we will be launching brand new Fiber To The Home (FTTH) systems in Lafayette and West Lafayette, IN and will be in need of 6-8 additional techs for that launch as well. There could be high volume drop bury opportunities in these new launch areas available as well.
In addition we also need traditional triple play techs for various full time routes in the former Insight Communications systems throughout Southern Indiana that are part of the Louisville, KY system. Can also use several techs for the KY side of that system. In these former Insight systems we can use solid lead techs with or without their own crews.
We have been in business since 1992 and pay weekly--2 weeks out from week ending date. We don't pay expenses or advances so please do not contact us if this is a concern for you. We have no problem supplying references on how we treat techs and want techs who have no problem supplying references to us from MSO's they have worked for in the last 3-5 years. We prefer to talk to the MSO regarding your quality of work, instead of the other contract groups you've worked for but if you want us to talk to contractors you've worked for we will--your call.
We have been working for these 2 MSO's for 6-7 years now so we are most interested in like minded techs--long haul....
