Pay
Grounds man earn an hourly wage and Linemen are paid units. According to your capabilities.
Qualifications
Groundsman must be able to pull lasher throw rope and carry ladder as well as keep the truck clean. Lineman must be pole climbers with your own personal gear to include belts hooks boots hand tools and safty equipment, ie hardhat gloves and safty green vest full body harness for the bucket truck. A high school diploma or ged is mininmum.

Job Description
overlash fiber optic cable to copper phone cable also the ability to splice and activate 540 and 860 cable is a plus. Pole transfer expirence is a must as well as proper pole line construction procedures. Safty is the main thing sighs and cones must be on the street and not on the truck before the work begins.
