Bonus for Certified Technicians paid on the first Check
We are looking for motivated, honest, individuals with business ethic,that are interested in joining a well established company in the
telecommunications industry.We are currently hiring employees to service DirecTV residential customers. If you are a fully trained and certified technician you are eligible for a $1,500 sign on bonus paid on your first check. We will even pay you for referrals if you bring your buddy aboard. If you are individual that is new to the industry we are willing to provide paid training for the right candidates. We provide the
following.
Sign On Bonus for Experienced Certified Techs
Fuel allowance paid per job
Cell Phone allowance paid per job
Personal Vehicle allowance paid per job
DTV Uniform provided by the Company
Tools -- lease to own by the Company
Drop Materials -- paid for and provided by the Company
Travel Program
All tax filings done via payroll -- no burden at the end of the year
Tax and accounting assistance
No equipment charge backs
No damage charge backs
No metric charge backs
No retainage
DTV Metrics Incentive Pay out
Paid Overtime
If you are currently working as a 1099 technician and are tired of receiving a paycheck that is not what you are expecting due to
chargebacks, cost of fuel, and cost of drop materials, please contact us as we do not apply any chargebacks to your check you take home exactly what you earn! We will also pay you on your incentives and all
protection plans sold.
We are willing to compare our model to any 1099 independent model out there. We pay on all OLI line items not just 4-5. Click the link below
