Qualifications
10 + years directional drilling in the Fiber optic/utility environments and in all conditions from soil to cobble to rock. Must have people skills and the ability to manage and work with personnel associated with 4 plus drill crews and support operations. Paperwork skills a must. Class A CDL a plus but not required. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a substance screen.

JKL Associates Inc is a progressive utility construction company based in Montana. We are looking for a directional drill superintendent/manager to join our company. The successful applicant will be responsible to assist in staffing, managing and scheduling 4 directional drill rigs that we currently have. JKL is seeking to expand to more rigs and we are looking for an individual seeking a home and a ground floor opportunity. Applicants should possess a high level of drilling expertise in various earth conditions as well as the people skills required to manage the overall drill operation. This position will work closely with corporate management to establish and realize goals, profitability, and cost controls.
