pay is line item and footage, WiFi splicing is paid per ant installed and any footage run. pay is work 2 weeks get paid on the 3rd week, some financial assistance is available for hard workers.
Qualifications
Must have all equipment needed for Aerial Construction,Lasher,rollers, drill, Cable trailer. Splicers need to have all coring tools and bucket trucks.You can be doing construction during the day and splicing at night, work is available for at least 14 months, 6 days a week.

Job Description
Aerial construction work to upgrade systems and prepare for WiFi installations, repair/replace damage feeded and strand, install guys where needed. Splicers will be completing the splicing of WiFi during safe hours at night, all work is QC'd, so quality is a must. 3 man crews are preferred but will take 2 man and I can supply 3rd when needed. Plenty of work for right crews. Also Triple Play Installers needed
