Pole Application Survey Tech

Pittsburg PA area, with some small parts in New York, Ohio, and West Virgina.
Starts
January 17th or sooner. (must pass back ground and drug screen for I.D. Badges.)
Pay
Piece rate, payed from line item menu. Will be payed 30 day net. (will pay Bi-weekly with negotiation and review of work performed)We can also create pay scale for Contract W-2?
Qualifications
Must have the ability to measure and I.D. all utilities on pole line. You will also need to I.D. space for additional attacher, and I.D. any existing or potential violations. You will need to make suggestions for rearrangement of violations. Understand NESC,strand and cable tension loading, guying and anchors. You will need to print neat, and legible on proper forms we supply you. Must be the type of person that can conduct field meet with Utilities. complete task timely
Other Requirements
All insurance for you. a good running and looking Transportation. Pole stick, measuring tape, footage wheel, Range finder. NESC book. Hard hat. Safety Vest. GPS.
Job Description
Need person to respond to pole applications ranging from 1 to 99 poles. (the area is large and will require several people) This person will field inspect, and fill out needed forms pertaining to the proper utility. All forms and work will be emailed. You will be responsible for fielding of your work, and maybe paid to meet with utilities on a per need basis. Work load varies,as this is based on customer sales and up grades. Can be full time, or fill-in type work for the right person. This position has the capability to expand to other aspects and type of work within this area!
We may also have a need next year for other areas in PA, and DE, and MD.
