Job Description
Position Overview:
Dispatch for a Time Warner Cable contractor.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
*editing and closing jobs through CSG
*Responsible for a team of 60+ techs
*Making sure all techs arrive to jobs within the pre set two hour time frames
*Monitors systems for problem techs and jobs that need to be rerouted
*Route day of installs and day of trouble calls
* Various end of day reports
*Problem solving abilities and the ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:
*General office support
*Answer phones
Minimum Qualifications:
*Prior experience with CSG a huge plus
*Prior experience working with Time Warner Systems a huge plus
*Strong customer service skills
*Strong computer skills
*Ability to quickly and accurately keyboard information into the Computer Aided Dispatch System
*Ability to use and understand military time
*Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently in a multi-tasking environment
*Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a controlled and competent demeanor
*Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
*Flexibility to work days, afternoons, overnight, weekends and some holidays is a must
*Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
*Excellent organizational skills with a critical eye for detail
