Job Description
Perform Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair for Connects (New & Reconnects), Data, & Voice. Confirm return path is within Specs according to System. Perform (First Time) all work as necessary to conform to Quality Control Guidelines. Educate customer on services installed or repaired and proper equipment usage. Assure with customer, upon completion, all issues are resolved to customer satisfaction.
