Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; college or technical/vocational school a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills; basic electronics knowledge and/or familiarity with audio/video
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong work ethic, requiring limited or no regular supervision
• Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs, and remain within individual weight requirement of 275lbs

• Reliable work vehicle (WHITE van or truck)
• Provide own tools, ladders and materials
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screen and possess good driving record

For 10 years, we’ve been providing service and installation of residential satellite systems as a fulfillment contractor for DISH Network. We have offices and opportunities scattered across the western United States, which are perfect for driven, career-oriented individuals. Previous experience is preferred, but self-starting individuals who enjoy being active, working with their hands, and meeting new people are ideally suited to take advantage of these opportunities.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills; basic electronics knowledge and/or familiarity with audio/video
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong work ethic, requiring limited or no regular supervision
• Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates, and remain within individual weight requirement of 275 lbs.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings

Responsibilities:
• Plan installation by evaluating location; locating line of sight; laying out equipment and wiring plan.
• Establish satellite system by installing dish and receivers; running and pulling cable; programming and calibrating equipment; adhering to codes and installation standards; and connecting all systems to phone or internet
• Verify system by testing equipment and connections; identify and correct problems.
Activate the customer's service and incorporate customers existing equipment into system.
Maintain records by documenting installation, service and repairs.
• Repair service by listening to customer's description of problems; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing problems by fixing, replacing and/or upgrading components.
• Communicate with and train the customer to ensure thorough understanding of how to work the system.
Compensation
Piece rate, based on type of installation work performed, highly competitive with industry standards. Work orders are reconciled and paid on weekly basis.
