Previous sweep experience. Previous Cable TV experience. Good driving record, pass background check, pass drug screen. Previous sweep supervisory experienced need to manage multiple crews. Well versed in return noise suppression. MUst be able to track project, meet with customer.
Other Requirements
Company provides truck and a meter. Techs should have their own hand tools, safety gear, etc.

Sweep Techs; Forward/return sweep and noise suppression. Long term project.
Sweep Supervisor; Manage all facets of sweep and suppression project. Track, QC, invoice, meet with customer on regular basis, provide reports to upper management.
