The ideal candidate for this door-to-door (D2D) sales management position will currently be managing or have recently managed a door to door sales team specifically in the fiber-optic home TV, Internet and Phone services or satellite TV sales. Special compensation considered for managers with existing teams! We have opportunities throughout the United States.

Duties and Requirements of the Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Manager:
• Previous experience working on a direct sales or door-to-door sales team a must
• Ability to Manage and Motivate a Team/Individual, especially focusing on entry level candidates
• Understand the Importance of Direct Sales/Door-to-Door (D2D) Recruiting
• Develop and Manage a Commission Structure competitive with other Door-To-Door (D2D)/Direct Sales organizations
• Capabilities to Create a High Energy Environment
• Be a Career-Oriented Individual Seeking Unlimited Opportunities
• Ability to maintain a focus on the day-to-day activities of the office to ensure positive results everyday
• Existing experience with telecommunications (telecom) Door-To-Door (D2D)/direct sales team preferred but not required
• Develop door-to-door (D2D)/direct sales representatives
