Cable installers are paid on a piece-rate commission; and they can expect to make $500-$1000 a week on average.
Qualifications
We are looking for honest, hard-working employees upon which we can build and grow our company. All training is completed in-house. No experience necessary.
Job Description
West TN Utiliy, Inc. is a contract company for Charter Communications.
Technicians will perform a variety of duties including installation and service of cable television, internet, and phone in customer’s homes, apartments, and commercial business properties. We survey, install, upgrade, and troubleshoot all manners of cable services. All training is completed in-house and lasts 3-5 weeks on average. No Experience Necessary.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver’s license for the state of Tennessee
Have own truck, SUV, or van capable of mounting a ladder rack.
Current vehicle registration and proof on insurance
Ability to lift 70+ pounds
Able to climb ladders up to 32ft.
Dexterity skills: digging, crawling, stooping and standing
Available to work up to 6 days a week
Basic math and computer skills
Knowledge of basic hand tool operation
Work indoors and outdoors throughout the year Clean Driving Record
Pass background check
Pass a drug screen
