Qualifications
Must have comprehensive residential satellite experience. Not necessarily in management. DirecTV experience preferred. You must be able to effectively manage a site, including the facility and personnel. Must have good customer service, communications and personal skills. Must be able to motivate technicians and keep up with various administrative duties related top your position. Must be able to pass DirecTV required background and UA.
Other Requirements
A working knowledge of Siebel, RIO, or DFS is not required, but very helpful. You must come with an open mind and be trainable for your success.
