Pay
Up to $160 payed to reps for triple play sales, up to $210 payed to managers on INSTALL. Progressive override scale up to $50 per triple play. Weekly Pay (sell this week get paid next week). No long term holdbacks or chargebacks!
Qualifications
Must have own Cell Phone and Vehicle. Come prepared to work. Will train in 1st 2 days and have 4 week ramp up bonuses up to $500 for hitting weekly ramp sales targets.

Job Description
Door to Door sales. Knocking neighborhoods that haven't been hit in 6-9 months or longer. AT&T U-Verse is the newest competitor in the market and if you've sold against it, you know the customers love it! Typical reps average 1 sale per 15 doors, and 1 sale per 4-5 contacts. Good reps write 3-6 sales daily. We are looking for serious people in this market that want to make a lot of money, not just in the short term, but on a long term basis.
We have excellent training for new reps, making it easy to learn the best practices for selling U-Verse as well as making it easy to grow a team. Right now AT&T is in the process of closing down the internal sales teams in the markets we work in which is growing our opportunity for more turf and sales teams. If you want to be in a market that is growing and gives you the opportunity to make money over a long-term period of time, U-Verse is the product to work with. Also, AT&T is rolling out a new Home Solutions Alarm product this quarter, and as of January 1st our teams will have the opportunity to sell it for increased personal revenue.
