Qualifications
3 year experience in CATV and underground construction
Valid Driver's License
Personally owned reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 75 lbs
Selected candidates will perform the duties as directed by the project manager or foreman. He/she will have a solid work history of success.
Other Requirements
Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 20 lbs
Flexibility in days and hours worked
Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations
Must work well under pressure
Must be proactive, flexible, responsible and resourceful
Able to work independently, self-managed and motivated
Will know the entire drilling process, from setup, to breakdown, must know and understand Miss Utility rules and regulations as well as storm water and soil containment regulations.
Job Description
Placing coax cable underground by means of directional drilling method in back easements. Need good operator to run the drill machine and a good locator to guide the head.
