Qualifications
Required Skills
•5 years of direct experience
•Knowledge of and ability to supervise crews and perform oversight of crews who mount antennas, run coax, apply connectors, sweep lines, and PIM Test Coax lines.
•Knowledge of knots and tower rigging necessary.
• Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers and aerial platform equipment.
•DC/AC electrical skills
•Able to work directly with customers, and build BOM based on job needs per plans.
•No issues with heights.
Job Description
Microwave Tower Foreman must be a strong leader with cell site construction experience. This position is hands on and will involve scheduling, materials coordination, and on the job training of tower crews. Additional responsibilities include:
•Understanding of cell site construction.
•Ability to work in extreme weather elements (Snow & Rain)
•Mentoring and monitoring performance of crews.
•Ability to build sites per plan, read blueprints, manuals, instructions, work authorization, and other relevant documents.
•Computer knowledge: Outlook, Word, and Excel
A willingness to travel when required is a must. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, basic physical, and background check and have a clean driving record.
