drill crew-must be self motivated honest and reliable.Must be able to perform work in a professional and timely manner.Plow crew-must be able to plow and trench with quad,rubber,and dozer plows.I need experience people that do what they say they are going to do.Must have previous experience in putting in fiber,must be able to read prints and communicate with inspectors on a professional bases.
