Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Candidate must have the following qualifications and skills:
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• CDL not Required but must be able to pass DOT physical
• Willing and able to climb utility poles
• Must be able to follow written and oral directions
• Must be able to interpret communication design field maps
• Must have knowledge of electric/telecommunication codes
• 5-10 years fiber/telecommunication experience
• Supervisory Experience is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
• This position will report directly to the Project Manager and supervise 4 to 5 aerial crews.
• Supervising crews on proper installation of strand/fiber/OTs/hardware/training
• Climbing poles, load/unload strand/fiber reels and/or pull fiber lasher
• Recognize make ready issues and QC of crews work each day
• Individual must be able to make sound decisions and interact with the client.
• Must complete daily paperwork.
