Qualifications
Will have experience setting peds. Burying PVC duct in small confined spaces. Installing ground fields. Able to run mini excavator and walk behind trencher. Read communications prints for placing conduit or cables underground. Will need to perform clean up and restoration when necessary. Selected candidates will perform the duties as directed by the project manager or foreman.
Other Requirements
Must be able to travel and work non-traditional hours (including weekends when needed. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift over 50 lbs. of equipment. This is traveling position in Eastern Oklahoma. All applicants must have clean driving record.)Must be able to get to and from the job site if local.
Job Description
Seeking individuals or team to work on a fiber optic/twisted pair project. Candidates “MUST” have experience working around underground utilities and installing conduit or direct bury projects. The work requirements are placing pedestals, cabinets and grounding fields in existing and Greenfield sites. The ideal candidate(s) will be able to be a craftsmen of sorts due to the various tasked involved with the sites that are being installed. He/she will have a solid work history of success.
