Pay
Jobs are paid at a piece rate. We pay every Friday and offer direct deposit. Install pay varies on performance but can pay up to $200. Generous incentive pay for Connectivity and CSATs! Signing bonus available with a valid work comp cert.
Qualifications
Previous satellite or cable experience preferred. Full training program available to qualified individuals. All applicants will be subject to background check and drug testing. In the case of 2 man trucks both individuals are subject to all the same standards, no exceptions.
Other Requirements
You must have your own work van/truck (no cars) in good working condition, white. You will need your own tools of the trade, ladders, super buddy signal meter and all DNS APPROVED installation materials needed to perform the work.. Mobile internet access via tablet for signatures now also required. (Tablet provided in most markets). Cell phone and email access are vital communication tools in order to do business with us.
Job Description
You will be working with one of the TOP paying and TOP performing Dish Subcontractors in the US. We hire and retain high quality installers who are committed to passing all Quality Audits, making all time frames and giving their customers the highest level of customer service possible.
The following items must ALL be highly important/acceptable to you if you desire to be a part of this winning team...
1) CSATS: All 10s, all the time, no exceptions.
2) Every job in the ground! Kicking is for soccer players.
3) Driving to the work. It will not always be in your backyard.
4) Weekends and Holidays are work days, this has never changed.
5) If your bank has rules against large deposits going in to your account every week like clockwork, you may want to choose a different subcontractor.

We are currently offering travel pay if you are coming from a different market. We are also offering 30 days lodging re-imbursement (limits apply) and accelerated pay rates for first 30 days. Qualified new hires may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus after 90 days.
