Qualifications
• Strong management/team leadership skills
• Very strong in process and process development/improvement
• Good customer relation/people skills
• Must be innovative and forward thinking and self motivated
• Industry (or related) knowledge and experience
• Must have strong computer skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Access
• Must be well organized with good written and oral skills
• Willingness to learn and accept increasing responsibilities
• Attentive to detail, good follow through.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage all field operations including Field Managers
• Insure that safety is number one in the field and all policy’s are being followed
• Responsible for all quality in the field
• Responsible for making sure all projects are properly staffed
• Responsible for making sure all field production expectations are met
• Implement and monitor process/best practice
• Research methods to continuously improve the efficiency of the field operations
• Implement automation into repetitive field processes
• Must deal with confidential information
