Telecom Contractor looking to add another crew to provide Aerial servcies for the Phone company.

Once candidate is approved for work. THIS IS NOT THE MERIT PROJECT!
Pay
Pay rates are TBD. We offer both Production rate and or hourly. Health Insurance provided after 120 days of accepted performance. This is a long term position. Late models trucks and equipment. We have 211 miles of new build coming in Nov.
Qualifications
Must have knowledge or both Aerial placement as well as Underground. Placement of Anchors, strand, copper & Fiber. Also experience in wreck-out. Must understand that climbing is part of being a true lineman and is a must. Knowledge of trailer loading and unloading, from cable dolly to Hogg Davis. Have experience in reading the Phone companies prints . Must interface with client in a professional and positive manner
Other Requirements
Have own Hand tools and line gear.
Job Description
Placement of the following, Anchors, Strand, IPP, Fiber, Copper, Bonding, pole placement and removal. Wreck-out. Must be on -time, and high;y motivated as we have enormous amount of Aerial work in Michigan.
