5 Years of experience in Aerial/Underground splicing. Extensive knowledge of coaxial cable systems. Ablity to read system prints.

Job Description
• Coax Splicer
o Splice Amplifiers, line extenders, taps, Directional couplers, on various size trunk and distribution cables per customer specifications
o Splice FTTH drops per customer specifications
o Perform forward and return balancing with documentation for customer
o Prepare as builts for customer
o Sweep forward & return as required
o Meet with customer daily to pickup/drop off required documentation
o Perform field walkouts for new projects with customer
o Perform design changes in field when necessary documenting all changes
• Emergency Restoration
o Perform plant restoration when required
o Work with aerial & Underground crews when required
• Internal Task Management and Support
o Support for internal management and corporate development tasks

• Verbal & Written Communication

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
