Falcon Data Com is looking for Experienced Satellite Technicians and Highly Motivated Entry Level Candidates that we will train for our Sayreville NJ location. This is a contracted 1099 position with a steady flow of work all year long. Falcon Data Com does not cap the amount of work you get in a week like some other companies, take as much work as you can handle and make as much money as you like, if you have a crew we will pay you more! Unlike others we pay you for installing a second dish on all new and former (mover) installs and we also supply support from our supervisors to our contracted techs when needed.

Sayreville 082, Madison 08859, South Amboy 08879, Pine Brook 07058 (New York Technicians Welcome)

We are expanding in the coming future, if you have a 5 man or larger crew ready for work in a different area let us know and we will cover it NOW!!!


Requirements

Pay Rate

Piece rate (Provided upon interview)


Cash Bonus

$200 Cash sign on bonus for experienced and certified techs if qualified.

$100 Cash referral bonus for any experienced and certified tech referred by you if qualified.

$50 Cash referral bonus for any tech referred by you if qualified.

Monthly bonus for passing metrics, performance and customer satisfaction.

We are also looking to hire an Experienced, Qualified and Certified Technician Supervisor (Tech Sup) who lives within a short distance of the above neighboring zip codes (Except 07058).
