Certifications a plus but not required. Must have Exp in Managing a DirecTV office. We can get you your certs.
Job Description

Managing Techs, Recruiting, Inventory Control.
Must be able to Meet Certain Matrix numbers as put forth by DirecTV.
Must have exp as a technician to be able to train and assist techs in the field.
