Pay
Excellent Production Rates that are PAID WEEKLY.
We pay:
per fiber foot w/ extra if strand & lash required;
per down guy;
per anchor;
per OHG;
per bond;
per VGR;
per x-arm;
per tree trim foot;
per MR transfer (cable, OHG, drop, down guy, U-guard)
Qualifications
We have several trucks we are looking to fill with good crews/people looking for long term work. Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. Should be experienced with ADSS fiber placement. Must be able to climb. Must be able to read prints, follow directions and turn in legible paperwork. Will need to give daily updates of progress to supervisor in field. Must be able to build to print specs. Must work safe!
You must provide your own hand tools and climbing gear.
Other Requirements
The project is not as bad as people are saying, and the rates we’re paying more than make up for it. Our rates are for a four-person crew. If a 5th is required to watch reel, we will cover that cost directly. We can pay hotels, or we are willing to pay out a higher rate to crews who want to pay their own hotels.
