Piece Work for techs. Hourly, depends on experience for dispatch & warehouse.
Qualifications
TECHS: Wiring experience is a plus. Must be respectable as customer service is crucial from the time you walk into the home to the time the customer completes the customer service satisfaction survey. Must have the ability to properly fill out work orders, paperwork completely and turn in, in a timely manner. Must have the ability to be respectful of scheduled time frames/appointments. Must be flexible to change for we answer to a parent company.
Other Requirements
ALL: Must be able to pass a background and drug test. TECHS: Must have own truck, van or utility vehicle, pref white. Must have own tools and cell phone.
Job Description
TECHS
Work is current and we are growing.
Work is available 7 days a week.
Cable, HSI, phones and networking.
Installing, activating and rewiring outlets.
Aerial and underground drops.
Customs, multiple stories.
Commercial & Residential.
DISPATCH
Must be able to multi-task and have lots of patience.
The phones rarely stop ringing.
Dispatch works off of multiple programs including ACSR, TechNet, WFX and Traker.
Tracking time frames.
Moving work between other techs in the field when needed to better meet time frames.
Counting numbers for reports.
Email contact throughout the day with field sups, managers and Comcast.
Phone contact with Comcast, field techs, field sups, managers and customers.
Must be professional and maintain a calm demeanor even in the face of tension.
Detail oriented.
Very fast paced.
We run 7 days a week and we have 3 offices so schedule can vary and can change periodically depending on where coverage is needed.
Dependability is critical.
Office located south side of Houston, please make sure the drive is feasible.
