Our company is looking for people who can bring us medium-to-long-term projects. If you can direct a new opportunity our way or even take an existing long-term project with you, we offer 40%+ profit splits.
In most companies, it's not uncommon for the top salespeople to make more than the president of the company. If you currently have and maintain the relationship with a customer, then you're in sales as far as we're concerned--and you need to get paid for the value you bring.
We're based in Texas and have done projects in all of the 48 continental and in a dozen countries.
