Job Description
The Tech is responsible for completion of all service, trouble, maintenance and installation telecommunications tickets impacting our customers at both subdivisions. The Tech is responsible for monitoring and responding to tickets that are dispatched electronically or telephonically for completion within company specified metrics. Must utilize and posses sufficient skills, training, and equipment to complete trouble, service and installation orders in a timely manner.
Hours: Up to 20-30 + Hours/Week; Tool Requirement: Own tools - Laptop with internet access,Smart Phone, Scanner (or ability to electronically attach documents to work orders), Birdog USB Plus meter, Inclinometer and all tools required to complete assigned work.Vehicle:Own - In excellent working order
