Pay
Based on qualifications and equipment. Benefits available.
Qualifications
Strong customer interface skills and demonstrated technical capability in installation and repair of POTS is required. DSL experience is strongly preferred but not required. Video/IPTV experience is a plus. Ability to find and repair network trouble in "PIC" cable is required. Fiber experience is a plus.
Other Requirements
Must have a reliable truck/van with good appearance and all the basic telephony network and customer installation tools and test equipment. HST3000 is the preferred test unit but not required. Additional compensation will be provided for the proper HST3000 model.
Job Description
These are basic I&R positions, but those individuals with a full knowledge of the OSP network and those that have DSL capability will be given preference. You must have excellent customer relation skills, be well groomed, have a valid driver's license and proper insurance, and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
