5 years min. experience managing telecommunications construction projects. Be able to use excell, word, access, and be a strong communicator. experience hiring employees and sub-contractors. Familiar with fiber and coax construction standards. must be safety conscious. Working knowledge of aerial and underground equipment. experience bidding projects and good customer interaction skills.

Job Description
New CATV customer start up in our existing office.
Position is responsible for end to end management of the field operation to construct CATV fiber and coaxial plant. splicing, emergency restoration, power supplies etc. Long term work and lots of it.
This is a project manager position, so all aspects of hiring a workforce, procurement of materials, tracking of job progress,managing exspenses, employee payroll approval, equipment maintence, training, invoicing, safety and supervision of the workforce are what is required.
