Qualifications
Must have 2yrs exp,be able to read and uderstand basic prints,use a power meter,fusion splice and use basic hand tools
Other Requirements
You must have a power meter and light source,laptop,cell digital camera, phone , fusion splicer,vfl( red light) basic hand tools. It is recommended that you have a van or trailer ,but if you wish to prep and and splice in the open that is up to you. Weather and rain will not be a shut down day,unless server.
Job Description
To mount ONT housing and splice a single pigtail to the non working ONT.
The ONT is nothing but a shell and will not have a power supply nor electronics . There will be a powermeter test back to cabinet and drops spliced in hand holds to feed the locations. Digital pics are required of all locations , no cell phone pics!!!, All locations are on the ground in hand holds or at the house. Work is 6 days a week 7am to 6pm only.All drops will be grounded and the ONT WILL BE GROUNDED to a new ground rod placed by the underground crews.
