Immediate start date after successful completion of Background and Drug Testing for experienced technicians. Combination of On the job training and classroom training for inexperienced technicians.
Pay
$77/$15 (HD) $72/$15 (SWIM) $65/$15 (ST). We will offer a sign on bonus for experienced technicians.
Qualifications
* Valid/Current Driver's License * Valid/Current Social Security Card (Be able to work in United States) * MUST pass a background check and Drug Test * Clean traffic record * Be able to climb ladders * Must have a Van, Mini Van, SUV, Truck in good condition * Basic Tools
Other Requirements
* Dedicated worker, reliable, and responsible * Must have good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Time-management skills and the ability to work independently are essential * Experience in cable, satellite, electrical, security systems, telephone, construction and residential wiring is a plus
Job Description
National Satellite & Broadband has been in business for 7 years. We are a HSP contractor and hold contracts with DirecTV for Residential Retail, Commercial, and SMATV. This gives our people a variety of different types of work to choose from, be trained on and have much more opportunity for advancement.
We are setting up a new permanent location in the Roanoke VA. area with the possibility of expanding to two locations. We are looking for Technicians, Supervisors, Managers, and office support.
As a Technician you will be working as a 1099 subcontractor and must have a business with EIN set up. We offer Direct Deposit, and for you to set up your own 401K through our payroll service. Options for different types of Health Insurance are available for individuals or families. Working discounts on cell phones and equipment as well as your monthly bill through Sprint.

* Allows you to see all jobs completed and the exact details of each job that has been closed.
* All charge backs and potential charge backs and the details of each will be posted well BEFORE payroll so there is adequate opportunity to dispute. (We do not make money on charge backs and do everything to avoid them)
* Able to order equipment for weekly pick up including small parts that are sold to technicians for what we pay for them. (We don't make money on small parts)
*Posts all technician report cards so everyone knows how they are doing and what they may need to work on.
*Weekly incentive for highest report card scores.
