Start Immediately upon completion of required background and drug screen.
Pay
$85/$20 for Installs and $40 on TC/SC. All jobs are eligible for a CONNECTIVITY BONUS, $10 PER JOB for IP. We also pay out a $50 bonus for Weekly completions over 90%. We pay every Thursday.
Qualifications
Experienced Technicians Willing to Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends & Holidays; Strong Technical, Customer Service, Verbal and Writing Skills; Comfortable Working in Small Spaces and/or Various Heights; Ability to Safely Operate a Motor Vehicle; Ability to Climb Ladders in a Safe Manner
Other Requirements
Must be able to pass background check, drug screen and have clean MVR; Must have late model, reliable (WHITE preferred) work truck or van. All tools required for the industry including a minimum 28' ladder, satellite meter (Super Sat Buddy), drill, drill bits, working cell phone, etc.
Job Description
Plans Installations by evaluating location;locating line of sight;laying-out equipment and wiring plan.
-Establishes satellite system by installing dish;running and pulling cable;programming and calibrating equipment;adhering to codes,regulations and standards.
-Verifies system by testing equipment and connections;identifying and correcting problems.
-Activate the customer's service.
-Maintain records by documenting installation,service and repairs.
-Repairs service by listening to customer's description of problems;diagnosing,troubleshooting,and repairing problems by replacing and/or upgrading components.
-Communicate with the customer and ensure that the customer thoroughly understands how to work the system.
-Maintains safe work environment by following safe work practices.
-Responsible for all inventory of materials and supplies.
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
