Qualifications
* Must have a clean driving record.
* Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
* Must be 21 years or older.
* Must be able to work outside, all year around, in ALL weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold).
* Must be able to lift, carry, and handle a 90 pound, 28 foot extension ladder.
* Must NOT be afraid of heights (15 to 25 feet above ground)
* Must be computer literate.
* Must be able to effectively use hand tools and power tools.
