Job Description
A Technical Operations Manager is the liaison between senior management and the front line employees. An ideal candidate will possess the leadership skills necessary to build and inspire a motivated workforce, providing top notch customer satisfaction through quality workmanship. This position is key to maintaining a properly functioning plant, through ongoing maintenance activities and good record keeping, proper FCC filings, and through recruitment, training and retention of quality technical employees. This Technical Operations Management position will have oversight of a system-wide plant upgrade with approximately 80,000 homes passed.
